Myrmic Events

EURORUST

Myrmic is an open-source runtime for distributed edge applications, built in Rust and WebAssembly. Meet the team at EuroRust 2026 and explore how Myrmic approaches execution, messaging, state, and placement across distributed systems.

WHY WE'RE ATTENDING

Bringing Myrmic to the European Rust Community

EuroRust brings together developers working across Rust, WebAssembly, embedded systems, distributed systems, servers, and real-world applications, many of the same areas Myrmic is designed around.

We’re coming to Barcelona to meet developers using Rust beyond traditional application backends, learn from the community, and discuss where distributed edge applications become difficult to build, deploy, and operate.

EuroRust comes shortly after Myrmic’s public release, giving us an opportunity to move from introducing the project to having deeper technical conversations with the Rust community.

Come talk with us about:

WHAT TO EXPLORE

Take a closer look at Myrmic

Myrmic is now available as an open-source project. At EuroRust, we want to go beyond the introduction and talk about how the runtime works, where it fits, and what developers can build with it.

Whether you’re interested in distributed systems, embedded Rust, WebAssembly, or infrastructure at the edge, come explore the project with us.

October

14-17

EURORUST 2026

Our team will also be joining Impl Day/UnConference on October 17, where we look forward to connecting with the Rust community, exchanging ideas and knowledge, and exploring opportunities to collaborate.

Who should meet us

Let’s Talk Rust Beyond a Single Machine

Rust
Developers

Building systems, infrastructure, libraries, or applications in Rust.

Embedded & Edge Engineers

Running software where hardware, connectivity, and resources vary.

Distributed Systems Builders

Working on communication, execution, orchestration, or resilient applications across devices.

Open-Source Contributors

Interested in exploring the codebase, improving developer experience, or contributing new capabilities.

COME WITH A QUESTION

What Are You Trying to Run?

We’re especially interested in talking with developers building systems that don’t fit neatly into a single server, container, or device.

If you’re working with embedded hardware, Linux devices, WebAssembly, intermittent connectivity, distributed state, or applications spanning different environments, come tell us about it.

We’d like to understand the problems you’re solving even if Myrmic isn’t the answer yet.

Where does your application run?

MCUs, gateways, Linux devices, servers, cloud infrastructure — or several of them?

Tell us where networking, coordination, state, or deployment becomes difficult.

Bring us your use case, missing capability, or criticism.

Meet us in Barcelona

See You at EuroRust

Myrmic is open source and ready to explore. If you’re attending EuroRust, come meet the team, talk through your use case, or simply stop by and see what we’re building.
